Refund & Return Policy – Fuugge Fashion
At Fuugge Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:
• Item is unused and unwashed
• Tags are intact
• Product is in original packaging
• Product is not damaged by the customer
2. Wrong Product Received
If you believe you have received a wrong product, we will:
• Accept the return
• Arrange a refund or replacement
You must report this within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
3. Size / Color / Preference Issues (Exchange Only)
For issues like:
• Size mismatch
• Color difference
• Not liking the product
👉 Only exchange is allowed (no refund).
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
4. 24-Hour Reporting Rule (Important)
All issues including:
• Size
• Damage
• Wrong product
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
• Log in to your account on our website
OR
• Create an account using the same email used while placing the order
Then:
• Select the Exchange option
• Follow the process
6. Return Shipping Policy (Important)
🚫 We do not provide reverse pickup for exchange cases.
👉 Customers must:
• Self-ship the product to our warehouse address
• Share tracking details via email

7. Doorstep Pickup (Optional Service)
If customer requests doorstep pickup:
• Pickup will be arranged at a charge of ₹150
• Charges will be deducted or paid separately as per policy
8. Damaged or Defective Product
If the product is damaged:
• Report within 24 hours
• Share clear photos/videos
We will review and approve return/refund/exchange.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible:
• Used or washed products
• Products without tags
• Products damaged after delivery
• Requests after 24-hour reporting window
10. Refund Process
Once approved and product is received:
• Refund processed within 5–7 business days
• Credited to original payment method
